Our team is made up of talented architectural, construction and development professionals that have come from a variety of backgrounds that each add to our ability to provide a complete and comprehensive design and development service to our clients. Our team of energetic and passionate project managers have qualifications in architecture, property economics, construction, project management, town planning and interior design. Our team have worked on projects for some of Australia’s largest architects, developers, property trusts and private developers which means your project is in safe hands.

Our team is supported by John Petrie, our Director who has been involved first hand in large developments for both listed major institutions and private clients. Our office size allows John to personally be involved in some capacity in every project.

John grew up with design and construction in his blood, with his earliest memories of being in the family’s construction yard watching the skilled tradespeople hone their skills.

John is an experienced Architect, Builder and Development Manager, having designed and managed over $8B of developments and has over 25 years experience in property development, construction and architecture.

John holds a Master of Property (Prize), Bachelor of Architecture (Prize), Bachelor of Design Studies, Advanced Diploma of Construction Management and Certificate III in Carpentry. He is a Certified Development Professional (AAPI), Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Chartered Builder and Chartered Construction Manager (CIOB), Registered Architect (BOAQ & ARBV), Chartered Architect (RIBA), Licensed Builder and Licensed Carpenter (QBCC).
