John Petrie
Design & Development Director.
John Petrie is the Development and Design Director of Petrie™ and is an extremely knowledgeable and proactive project director, development manager and architect with extensive experience in successful complex, multifaceted projects. He has worked and managed in excess of $5b of projects over his career and has proven results in all aspects of design, construction and property. Before joining the family business, he worked for national architecture, construction and property businesses.
John is a highly motivated, accountable development manager that utilises his unique experience and knowledge of property, construction and architecture to deliver project outcomes that exceed client expectations.
He is experienced in all types of design and development including land subdivision, multi-residential, commercial, medical centres, childcares, service stations, hospitality, retail and industrial.
