Petrie are appointed as the Development Manager on Kensington Rise, a boutique 19 lot land subdivision development in Holland Park, Brisbane. Petrie is managing all aspects of the project and last year assisted the developer in feasibility studies and achieving construction finance with Alceon. Petrie has tendered the construction works and engaged the civil contractor and worked to get approvals to commence construction. Petrie are now performing the role of construction superintendent administering the construction contract as well as undertaking other project management activities on the project. Scheduled to complete in mid 2024.
