Carver’s Reach

A masterplanned land subdivision project in Park Ridge, Logan.

Carver’s Reach is a 600 lot master planned land subdivision with extensive amenities including a dog park, barbecues with shelters and seating, a history trail, a kids’ pedal park, half course, gym and exercise stations, and a proposed childcare centre. Petrie were engaged as the Development Manager of this land subdivision development to the completion of each of the stages.
