A new build house in Holland Park for a developer client to complement housing being delivered in the new housing community.

Petrie Architects were chosen to design this house on a very tricky site in Holland Park. The site was irregularly shaped and featured a drainage easement to the rear, which present a challenge to fit the client’s brief. Through some clever design, we were able to design a house on this challenging site to the client’s budget and design aesthetic.
