Petrie were engaged to design a duplex in Marsden to meet a challenging brief from the client.

Petrie analysed the site and the town planning requirements and designed a duplex to meet the client’s brief but also to avoid the need for a development application. Our design pushed the limit of the site and was a big win for the client who was able to avoid the time and cost associated with a development approval with Council.
