A 15 lot land subdivision project in Canungra.

We were engaged as the Development Manager for this 15 lot land subdivision in Canungra, Scenic Rim. It comprises 14 residential lots and 1 balance lots and features large lifestyle lots. Petrie have been engaged to manage the delivery of the property development including the operational works process, construction tendering, contract preparation and award, construction including superintendent, plan sealing and titling.

We are looking forward to delivering this project in 2025.
