A 35 lot land subdivision in the growing region of Logan, Queensland.

Petrie were engaged as the Development Manager for this 35 lot subdivision in Park Ridge, Logan. This project had some unique complexities which required our development team’s expertise to successfully navigate all of the challenges and come up with solutions to finalise the construction and enable plan sealing and title registration of all lots. We managed the sales and were also appointed as sales agent for some of the lots to ensure the developer could maximise their returns.
