A 7 lot land subdivision project in the growing region of Ipswich.

We sourced and acquired this site and introduced one of our trusted development partners into this land subdivision project. We used our intimate knowledge of the Ipswich region to source this site and conducted numerous feasibility scenarios, due diligence studies, concept layouts with our in-house urban design team. We have managed the development approval, water approval and operational works approval and are now in the process of managing the construction. We are the Development Managers for this project as well as the exclusive sales agent. We look forward to delivering this project in 2024.
