Bellbird Park

A land subdivision development site sourced and acquired by Petrie in Ipswich, Queensland.

Tasked by one of our development partners to find another land subdivision site to meet their specific requirements, we used our intimate knowledge of the Ipswich region to narrow down a select number of sites that we then undertook feasibility scenarios, due diligence studies as well as concept layouts with our in-house urban design team before assisting the client in acquiring the site. We have been engaged as the Development Manager for this project as well as the exclusive sales agent. We look forward to delivering this project in 2024.
